Sources familiar with special prosecutor Jack Smith's ongoing investigation into Trump's attempts to overturn the 2020 election say that Smith is now zeroing in on Sidney Powell's suggestion to seize voting machines after the election. This could be a sign that Smith is working on proving criminal intent, which would be necessary to hit him with charges of fraud against the government, and the focus on Powell could be a result of cooperation from Rudy Giuliani. According to new reports from individuals close to special prosecutor Jack Smith and his investigation, it looks like Jack Smith is now starting to zero in on Sidney Powell. The woman who had one point suggested that ghosts from Venezuela had somehow stolen the 2020 election from Donald Trump with the help of course of the deceased Hugo Chavez. Now, Jack Smith isn't, of course, looking into whether or not Hugo Chavez's ghost or if any other ghosts tried to rig the election for Biden. Nope. He is looking at whether or not Sidney Powell is the key to proving intent. Here's what's taking place. We know that there was a meeting on, I believe it was December 18th, 2020, uh, obviously after the 2020 election. And in that meeting you had two separate factions. You had your Rudy Giuliani and his folks who wanted to make the states look at their election results, throw them out, hold special sessions, do whatever they needed to, to get the alternate electors. Then you had a group led by Sidney Powell and Michael Flynn, who were pitching Trump the idea of going and seizing the voting machines themselves. And then of course saying, oh no, look, they're all corrupted. You can't trust the votes. Throw 'em all out. Um, and as dumb as that seems, that's actually the plan that Donald Trump wanted to go with. He is quoted as saying, I want to get these machines and I have a right to do so under the National Emergencies Act. So that's what Trump wanted to do. But of course we, we do know that he didn't actually do it. So the question becomes, how can you prove intent from Sidney Powell trying to get Trump to do this even though he didn't do it? It's actually not that difficult. What you do is you prove that Sidney Powell knew that this plan was illegal. You prove that she knew it was based on fraudulent information and still pushed it. Anyway, once you do that, you have the intent. Let me read this. This is, uh, from the report, uh, as the special counsel explores whether there was provable criminal intent. It's becoming at the least a wide ranging probe, exploring how plots to overturn election developed. The sources said, whereas Rudy wanted to push states to have special sessions, the Powell Group wanted federal power. And the reason this distinction is also important, not just for the criminal intent part, is because using the federal government to do these things would be fraud against the government, which of course, as I've said a hundred times, is probably going to be the big charge that Donald Trump gets Hit with if he gets hit with anything from this part of the Jack Smith investigation. Now that we know he is looking specifically at Sidney Powell and what she said and did, it becomes far more likely that those fraud against the government charges will come to fruition because that's what it would be lying to the federal government saying There were problems with these machines even when you knew there weren't so that you could seize them so that you could throw out the votes. It's all an interesting web that's happening here with Jack Smith, but knowing that Sidney Powell is at the heart of it certainly probably makes it a little easier because, I mean, let's be real here. She's also implicated in the Georgia scheme, and she could be facing other criminal charges, which would make it more likely that she would possibly cut a deal. But then again, we may not even need her to cut a deal because the report goes on to talk about the fact that apparently Rudy Giuliani hated Sidney Powell. And we know that Rudy Giuliani has been cooperating recently speaking to federal authorities and legal experts do believe that it is the beginning of a cooperation deal with Rudy Giuliani. So if Giuliani despised Sidney Powell and thought her idea was stupid, and Giuliani knows that he may be facing some trouble himself, he could very quickly and obviously very easily throw Powell under the bus and expose all her plans so that he stays out of trouble. That's why I do think this is a big deal.
